The Role

We're a Top 8 solar company on SolarQuotes, proudly holding "legendary" status thanks to our hundreds of 5-star reviews. We're not a corporate. We're a tight-knit, fast-moving team based in Braeside, and we're on the hunt for a high-performing phone-based sales consultant.

This role is 100% inbound – no cold calling. Every day, you'll be:

· Responding to inbound enquiries

· Qualifying customers and booking site inspections

· Preparing and presenting quotes

· Following up leads and quotes until a decision is made

· Closing sales over the phone (with potential to grow into a hybrid site-based role down the track if you're keen)

What You'll Need

· 2+ years in direct sales (call centre, D2D, B2B, kiosks — we know the grind)

· A strong phone manner and polished communication

· A genuine passion for sales and the renewable energy sector

· Self-motivation and the discipline to follow through on every lead

Bonus if you have:

· Experience with solar or electrical products

· Worked with or around tradespeople before
