**The Role**

At YHI POWER, we aim to provide growth and opportunities for our employees. A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced and well-organized Delivery Driver / Store Person to join our Braeside Office on a full-time basis ( Monday to Friday).

**Core Responsibilities**

The main focus of the role is to be on the road and provide exceptional customer service and support to our existing customers.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Load and unload batteries.
- Execute order deliveries.
- Dealing with customer inquires at point of delivery
- Uphold company policies and procedures consistently
- Assist in the warehouse when required
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives to address and resolve issues and disputes.
- Maintain warehouse and delivery records meticulously, ensuring all systems are up-to-date.
- Comply with work health and safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the assigned vehicle, and warehouse area.
- Support team members and cooperate with other departments as necessary.

**To be considered for this opportunity, you should possess the following**:

- A current driver’s license
- Happy to work in a physically demanding role as **heavy battery lifting** is involved in daily work.
- A passion for excellent customer service
- A high level of attention to detail
- Strong experience managing ad-hoc requests, handling multiple projects at once
- Superior verbal and written communication skills and a can-do attitude
- Agree with the statement “No task is too small or too big”
- Dependable and reliable
- Solution orientated

**Salary**: $56,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
