400 Gradi is looking for an experienced casual Floor / Waiter to join our team

We're looking for a FOH hospitality champion who want to build a long term career with us by joining our busy vibrant team at our Brunswick East location.

  • Required

-Experience within fast-paced, high-pressure restaurant venues (minimum 2 year on the floor is necessary; experience in Italian restaurants highly preferred).

-Availability for night shifts and weekends.

-Excellent communication, initiative, and a friendly, professional attitude.

-Well-groomed, able to multitask under pressure, and flexible with roster changes.

  • Salary – Casual award, $ A$32.31 / Hour.
  • Location - Brunswick East –15 hours minimum weekly.

The FOH role is hands-on and detail-focused. Knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus, and on-the-job training is provided.
