About Us:

Construct Personnel is dedicated to fostering inclusive work environments and supporting First Nations communities. We are currently seeking motivated Civil Labourers and Machine Operators to join our team for an exciting project in the South East suburbs.

Position Overview:

We are looking for skilled and reliable Civil Labourers and Machine Operators to contribute to our project, which will run for five months. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment while gaining valuable experience in the civil construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Civil Labourers:

  • Assist in construction activities, including site preparation, excavation, and material handling.

  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Machine Operators:

  • Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders safely and efficiently.

  • Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment.
  • Work closely with the site supervisor to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in civil construction or machine operation is preferred.
  • Valid licenses for relevant machinery (for Machine Operators).
  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
  • Must be a member of a First Nations community.
