We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SQL Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing and supporting a suite of critical applications and platforms that underpin our integration, data management, and technical infrastructure. You will work closely with global teams, including colleagues in Chennai, and contribute to the strategic direction of our systems architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance applications within the portfolio.
  • Contribute to the architecture and development of:
    • Integration Architecture – a strategic integration broker platform.
    • Data Management Service – a centralized audit system for data flows.
    • DWH Technical Stream – supporting data warehousing initiatives.
  • Provide technical support for multiple vendor applications interfacing with in-house systems.
  • Collaborate with global teams and support cross-regional initiatives.
  • Adhere to and help evolve development standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Deliver solutions that meet business expectations, on time and within budget.
  • Conduct thorough unit, system, and integration testing.
  • Participate in peer code reviews and support UAT.
  • Prepare and document deployment processes and support go-live transitions.

What Will Make You Successful in This Role:

  • Strong SQL Server (T-SQL) development with proven optimization and performance tuning capabilities.
  • Solid experience with XML and XSLT.
  • Experience with BizTalk, focusing on Maps, Schemas, and XSLT.
  • Experience in database design and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Desired Skills:
    • Experience developing in .NET (C# .NET Framework).
    • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, PowerShell scripting, and SQL Server BI stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS).
    • Experience with web services, Power BI, and SQL replication.
    • Knowledge of SWIFT, HiPortfolio, pControl, Java, or MQSeries is a plus.
