All Family Nursing Care is a nurse practitioner-led, registered NDIS provider specialising in mental health, accommodation, and community nursing. We empower individuals to live independently and support young people in residential care, helping them reach their full potential.
We are urgently seeking passionate Disability Support Workers to join our team, providing person-centred care to participants with complex mental health needs in the Logan area.
What We Offer:

Your Role:
- Provide personal care, daily living support, and emotional companionship
- Facilitate community access and participation
- Support behavioural and safety needs
- Build meaningful relationships and deliver person-centred care
Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid Driver's Licence & comprehensive car insurance
- CPR & First Aid Certificate
- Preferred experience or qualification in disability support work, Certificate IV or higher preferred
