Job description

  • We are now recruiting for a passionate, calm, kind, and empathetic male support worker with experience assisting participants with complex behaviours of concern for our young male participant.
  • Ample and ongoing support and training provided by the participants Behaviour Support Practitioner to provide you clear guidelines to follow when it comes to this participants' behaviours of concern.
  • Additional internal training will be provided, but experience is favourable.

Your Duties may Include (but not limited to)

  • Assisting the client one on one in-home.
  • Assisting client with their daily routines including personal hygiene.
  • Community access.
  • Implementation of strategies included in clients Behaviour Support Plan.

  • NDIS Worker Screening check required
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid: HLTAID011
  • CPR: HLTAID009
  • NDIS orientation and induction modules
  • Infection Control
  • PPE Training
  • Australian Driving license
  • Comprehensive vehicle insurance
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Reliable car
  • Able to commence work as soon as possible
