We are currently looking for our next superstar Job Coach to join our Horsham team

Worried, you don't have Industry experience? Well don't, it's not essential – we will train you

Desired Skills and Experience

What is the purpose of your role?

Your main goal is to move participants into meaningful sustained employment, whilst achieving progress for all in the lead up to, through engagement in different activities and interventions.

What will your average day look like?

Managing your own caseload of participants, you will work with them 1:1 and in group appointments on a monthly basis to:

  • Create Career Pathways with a focus on SMART goal setting
  • Make referrals to local support services and other community agencies to overcome employment barriers
  • Link them with Training opportunities
  • Support them with strategies to look for and apply for work including interview preparation
  • Assist them with Resume and Cover Letter creation
  • Refer them to Job Vacancies
  • Provide financial support eligible through use of an Employment Fund
  • Coach and motivate them to success

Desired Skills and Experience

Ready to make a true difference. Solid administration and time management skills are essential.

A valid Working with Children and National Police Check are required.
