Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished and seasoned leader to spearhead the management of our 96-place childcare centre in Horsham. The ideal candidate will be a visionary educator who can foster a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily centre operations, including staffing, policy implementation, and parent engagement.
  • Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children's holistic development.
  • Prioritise children's safety and well-being, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Aceccqa approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including leadership experience.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
