We are on the hunt for a switched on intermediate or senior leasing paralegal to join our client, a top-tier boutique firm. They provide a friendly and easy-going environment together with a client focused approach.

In this growing team, led by a down-to-earth and friendly Partner, you will be given autonomy over commercial leasing matters, as well as a bit of general conveyancing work.

Typical duties may include:

- Managing client portfolios from start to finish
- Drafting and preparing leasing documents
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting clients directly with queries
- Preparing and finalising invoices
- Opening and closing files
