Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager, located in Adelaide, SA. The Office Manager will handle day-to-day office administration tasks, including managing office equipment, providing administrative assistance, and ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities also include customer service, coordinating communications, and supporting the team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Office Administration and Office Equipment management
- Proficiency in providing Administrative Assistance
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Relevant certification or diploma in office management or related field is a plus
