Thomas Paul Constructions is a well-established builder of both residential and commercial properties based on the NSW Central Coast.

Our company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Construction Department.

About the role:

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Managing overall construction performance and quality
  2. Civil works coordination on land subdivision projects
  3. Implementation of effective project management and time management for site teams and supervisors
  4. Negotiate rates for trade labour
  5. Work together with Contracts Administrator on supplier management
  6. Provide technical understanding and advise to resolve issues on site and for implementing regulatory changes

Qualifications and Experience requirements

  1. Experience with volume and a proven understanding of building regulations and standards.
  2. Experience in medium density construction jobs and residential builds
  3. Be able to work across several projects
  4. Be a team player, self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  5. Strong communication and organisational skills
  6. Full unrestricted driver's licence
  7. Show a proven ability to work with Councils and Consultants for the approval of DA/CC for various projects
