About the Position

This is an outdoor role that works in a team environment performing horticulture related maintenance activities, including watering, fertilizing and pruning juvenile trees and on reserves using ride-on mowers, trucks and a variety of hand tools.

About You

You will have good communication skills, and be able to listen to customers, team members and supervisors. You will have a solid background in horticulture or arboriculture with an understanding of best practices and hold required safety tickets and relevant experience.

Key Selection Criteria:

  1. A Certificate 3 in Horticulture, or Arboriculture
  2. Experience in commercial reserve maintenance works.
  3. A valid Australian MR Driver's license.
  4. Experience in working with and supporting a small team.
  5. Passion and value for outstanding customer service.
