The Job

At Livingstone, we attribute much of our success to the strength of our marketing division. To build on this momentum, we're expanding and searching for a highly qualified, motivated, creative and energetic Marketing Coordinator to join our team

This individual will contribute to existing marketing programs to drive success, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals, reporting to the Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media. The Marketing Coordinator must be an organised multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Assisting the marketing team with the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns and promotions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Supporting the internal and external marketing objectives under the company's guidelines.
  • Provide product info to customers and stakeholders, and generate reports for effective communication.
  • Develop and implement campaigns, distribute promotional materials including brochure and catalogues.
  • Manage the social media content calendar and assist in executing digital campaigns across the website, blog, email marketing, and paid platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor engagement, track performance, and report weekly.
  • Represent the company at events and trade shows, maintaining key customer relationships.
  • Market new and existing products, support product launches and rebrands.
  • Develop and schedule engaging content across blogs, social platforms, and landing pages, with a strong focus on SEO performance.
  • Maintain accurate product listings, manage digital assets and optimise website functionality to enhance the online shopping experience on our website.

Skills, Experience and Education

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator or assistant role, preferably within an agency or marketing services environment.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in using marketing software and tools, such as content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • A creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles, channels, and industry best practices.
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
