Expression of Interest for Director Appointments

Western Health Alliance Limited (WHAL), trading as Western NSW Primary Health Network (WNSW PHN), is seeking Expressions of Interest for appointment to its Board of Directors.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the health and wellbeing of rural and remote communities across one of the largest and most diverse regions of New South Wales. As a Director, you will help shape strategy and strengthen access to high-quality, person-centred primary health care for the people of Western New South Wales.

We are inviting applications from candidates with specific skills and experience in one or more of the following areas:

· General Practice – specialistGeneral Practitioner currently practising within the WNSW PHN region.

· Other health professions – clinicians, particularly with expertise in mental health, currently  practising within the region.

· Public health, health funding and policy.

· Professional expertise – qualifications relevant to legal, financial, human resources or governance matters.
