Strategic Education Leader

**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of strategic vision, leadership skills and passion for education.

As a member of our Board, you will play a critical role in guiding our organisation's direction, ensuring effective governance and supporting our leadership team to achieve our mission.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend quarterly Board Meetings held in Bathurst, NSW, with one meeting per year in Dubbo, NSW
  • Lead with purpose, guiding strategic direction and ensuring alignment with our mission
  • Foster a culture of kindness, courage and consideration
  • Support and mentor the leadership team, providing wisdom to navigate challenges and seize opportunities
  • Ensure legal compliance and achieve governance requirements
  • Act as an ambassador for our organisation in the community and participate in relevant events

**About You:**

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic vision and a passion for education. Our Board aims to comprise individuals with a diverse range of skills, experience and attributes necessary to govern effectively.
