In this role, you'll be the right hand to the Founder, providing personal and administrative support that keeps their day (and the brand) running smoothly. You'll manage calendars, travel, and communications, while handling personal tasks, errands and home organisation with polish and confidentiality. Every day will look different, but your focus will stay the same, ensuring the Creative Director can focus on vision, while you handle the detail.

Day-to-day you will:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, reservations, errands, and day-to-day needs
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Handle inbox management and correspondence on behalf of the Founder
  • Prepare meeting notes, reminders, follow-ups, and relevant documentation
  • Assist with personal shopping, gift purchasing, and household coordination
  • Oversee vendor management and home organisation
  • Maintain confidentiality around both personal and sensitive business matters
