We are seeking a caring and dependable female Spanish-speaking Support Worker to provide assistance, companionship, and culturally sensitive care to clients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, with a warm and respectful approach to supporting individuals in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care and daily living needs.
  • Provide support with light household duties (cleaning, cooking, laundry).
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping, or community outings.
  • Communicate clearly in Spanish and English with clients and families.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment.

Requirements

  • Female candidate (for personal care and cultural needs).
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Previous experience in support work, aged care, or disability care (preferred).
  • Compassionate, reliable, and patient.
  • Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
  • Police Check / Working With Children Check / First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current driver's license and own vehicle (preferred but not mandatory).
