Reporting to the CEO, you'll lead the end-to-end HR function with a balance of strategy and hands-on delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

Partnering with the executive team on workforce planning, culture, and leadership
-
Providing generalist HR support across recruitment, onboarding, performance, and offboarding
-
Coaching leaders and managing external providers on ER matters as needed
-
Designing and implementing a fit-for-purpose learning and development program
-
Leading remuneration reviews and ensuring competitive, equitable pay structures
-
Driving initiatives in organisational development, employee engagement and WHS
You're a confident and experienced HR generalist who builds trust quickly and thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

3–5 years in a Senior HRBP or HR Manager role, ideally in a small to mid-sized business
-
Strong generalist experience across ER, L&D, remuneration, and organisational development
-
Comfortable working independently and influencing at all levels of the business
-
Commercially minded with the ability to balance people and business needs
-
Skilled in coaching leaders and facilitating practical, people-centred solutions
-
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field
