We are now seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Supervisor to join our team for an upcoming high-rise development in Claremont. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a luxury apartment project that will become a defining feature in Perth's built landscape.

About the Role

  • Oversee the day-to-day site operations for the high-rise project, ensuring quality, safety, and program milestones are met.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to deliver works in accordance with contract documents and specifications.
  • Monitor and maintain construction programs, sequencing works to optimise efficiency and minimise delays.
  • Uphold and enforce site safety procedures, ensuring compliance with legislative and company requirements.
  • Liaise closely with the Project Manager, Design team, and stakeholders to resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct quality control inspections throughout the build to ensure the highest standards are achieved.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely site records, reporting on progress, risks, and variations.
  • Be the primary on-site representative for Giorgi, maintaining a professional and solutions-focused approach.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor on high-rise or large-scale commercial projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of concrete structures, façade systems, and fit-out sequencing.
  • Ability to lead and motivate site teams, building strong working relationships with subcontractors and consultants.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain program discipline and deliver projects to a high standard of quality.
  • Sound knowledge of WA building codes, OH&S legislation, and construction best practice.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management abilities.
