Our practice includes 11 specialists, 1 experienced dietitian, and 1 upper GI surgeon, all working collaboratively to deliver high-quality care.

About the Role

As our Medical Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our practice, ensuring each patient's experience is smooth, professional, and welcoming.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting patients in person and over the phone
  • Scheduling and managing appointments using practice software
  • Supporting specialists with administrative tasks
  • Handling patient records, results, and account details accurately
  • Maintaining a calm, organised, and welcoming reception area
  • Providing assistance and comfort to patients when needed
  • Upholding confidentiality and professionalism at all times

About You

We're looking for someone who brings warmth, efficiency, and professionalism to the role.

Desirable skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a medical practice (highly desirable)
  • Familiarity with Genie practice management software (highly desirable)
  • Excellent multitasking and organisational skills
  • Professional and courteous phone manner
  • Team-player mindset with a positive attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
