JRM Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a Chef de Partie (or strong Demi Chef de Partie) to join a high-volume, multi-outlet venue in Western Sydney. This is an outstanding opportunity to work within a professional, well-structured kitchen environment that values teamwork, growth, and consistency.

About the Role
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, initially focused on one outlet before rotating across others
  • Operate within a structured, professional environment with strong culinary systems
  • Manage your section and support the Sous and Head Chefs in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes
  • Maintain strict adherence to HACCP and food safety standards
  • Rotating roster including evenings and weekends

About You
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, high-volume venue. Would also suit junior sous chefs
  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery - essential
  • Full working rights in Australia - essential
  • Strong understanding of HACCP procedures and food safety compliance
  • A passion for the culinary industry and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Experience in grill or pizza sections highly regarded; exposure to functions or events a bonus
