About the Role
Every day will be a little different – you'll be the go-to person for all things casual community facilities and reserves. You'll:
- Administer a high volume of casual bookings, for community facilities and reserves, from assessing booking applications to preparing keys and processing bond refunds.
- Liaise with hirers, event organisers and internal teams to ensure bookings run smoothly.
- Undertake booking inductions and key handovers to ensure hirers are ready to their upcoming events.
- Conduct facility audits to ensure information provided to hirers relating to community facilities are updated.
- Prepare reports and data to support decision-making and track usage.
- Keep an eye out for potential issues before they arise, solving problems with a calm, practical approach.
About You
You're organised, approachable, and customer focused. You'll bring:
- Experience in administrating high volumes of applications, bookings or similar.
- Strong communication skills and a knack for building positive relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Great time management, organisation and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, online booking systems and keeping accurate records
- A current C Class Driver's Licence and ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
