About the Role

Every day will be a little different – you'll be the go-to person for all things casual community facilities and reserves. You'll:

  • Administer a high volume of casual bookings, for community facilities and reserves, from assessing booking applications to preparing keys and processing bond refunds.
  • Liaise with hirers, event organisers and internal teams to ensure bookings run smoothly.
  • Undertake booking inductions and key handovers to ensure hirers are ready to their upcoming events.
  • Conduct facility audits to ensure information provided to hirers relating to community facilities are updated.
  • Prepare reports and data to support decision-making and track usage.
  • Keep an eye out for potential issues before they arise, solving problems with a calm, practical approach.

About You

You're organised, approachable, and customer focused. You'll bring:

  • Experience in administrating high volumes of applications, bookings or similar.
  • Strong communication skills and a knack for building positive relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Great time management, organisation and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, online booking systems and keeping accurate records
  • A current C Class Driver's Licence and ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
