Job Summary:

AutogenAI is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Implementation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll be the primary guide for new customers, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience implementing our platform. You'll manage onboarding journeys, configure the platform to meet customer needs, deliver impactful training, and drive early adoption and engagement. Your work will help customers reach key milestones and set the stage for long-term success with AutogenAI.

We intend to hire this role in either Melbourne, or the Gold Coast / Greater Brisbane area.

What you'll be responsible for:
  • Customer Onboarding: Welcome new customers and guide them through their onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth and successful start with AutogenAI.
  • Project Management: Create and manage tailored project plans, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are consistently achieved.
  • Platform Configuration: Configure the AutogenAI platform to meet customer-specific requirements, ensuring early value and adoption.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver comprehensive onboarding training sessions—both foundational and advanced—in virtual or in-person formats.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide proactive support and guidance throughout the implementation phase, ensuring customers feel confident and supported.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure continuity, share feedback, and create a seamless customer experience.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain consistent communication to keep customers informed on progress, platform updates, and key next steps.
  • Customer Handover: Coordinate smooth handoffs to Customer Success post-implementation, supporting strong ongoing relationships.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • Customer Focus: You're driven by helping customers succeed and take pride in creating experiences that inspire trust and confidence.
  • Structured and Strategic Thinking: You bring clarity to complexity—translating goals into practical, well-organised action plans.
  • Strong Communicator: You can lead conversations, manage expectations, and deliver training that's engaging and impactful.
  • Collaborative Mindset: You build productive partnerships across teams and approach every interaction with openness and respect.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in fast-moving environments, stay calm under pressure, and embrace change with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Curiosity and Growth: You're naturally inquisitive - keen to learn about our technology, our customers, and new ways of working.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years in an implementation, onboarding, or customer success role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Customer Delivery: Demonstrated success managing multiple customer implementations end-to-end, achieving time-bound milestones.
  • Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Technical Acumen: Comfortable learning complex software quickly and configuring it to meet customer requirements.
  • Facilitation and Communication: Skilled in delivering both virtual and in-person onboarding sessions that inform, motivate, and build confidence.
  • Start-up Agility: Comfortable building structure within ambiguity, iterating processes, and taking ownership from day one.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Industry Experience: Exposure to the bid-writing, procurement, or professional services sector, and an understanding of its challenges and workflows.
  • AI Familiarity: Awareness of AI or natural language processing tools, and an enthusiasm for learning about their real-world applications.
  • Start-up Background: Experience working in a fast-growing SaaS environment where pace, autonomy, and innovation are the norm.
  • Implementation Excellence: Proven ability to design scalable onboarding frameworks or optimise customer implementation processes.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: AUD $120,000 - $150,000 (confirmed maximum basic) depending on specific experience and qualifications relevant to the role.
  • Performance Bonuses: Opportunities for performance-based incentives
  • Stock Options: Meaningful equity in the company.
  • Health and Wellbeing: Comprehensive insurance and wellness programs.
  • Paid Time Off: Unlimited vacation
  • Flexible Work Options: Enjoy flexible working conditions with the option to work remotely.
  • Innovative Culture: Be part of a supportive and dynamic team at the forefront of AI technology.
  • Additional Perks: Your choice of laptop (Mac or Windows), regular company events to connect with teammates, and opportunities for continued professional development.
Values in Action:
These aren't just principles we print and forget – they're how we work, how we treat each other, and how we deliver for our customers. They shape the company we are, and the one we aspire to become.
  • Customers, Always: Everything starts with our customers. We walk in their shoes, speak their language, and build for their delight and success. We win when they win.
  • Make It Happen: We move fast and take ownership. No waiting, no red tape – just action, urgency, and focus on outcomes. We ask for forgiveness, not permission.
  • Learn and Invent: We stay curious. We learn what we can from past masters - and make up the rest. Change is constant, and so is our growth.
  • Act Like Owners: Titles don't solve problems - people do. We own challenges, break the rules when it's necessary, and focus on what matters.
  • Turn It Up to 11: There is no "Good enough". We raise the bar, push boundaries, and keep building. There's always a next level.
  • Lead With Respect: We listen first, speak honestly, and value every perspective. Integrity, follow-through, and kindness matter.
  • Build Trust Through Transparency: We default to openness. We give feedback, share information, and assume positive intent - no secrets, no silos.
