Are you passionate about helping customers achieve real results through technology? At Evotix, we're looking for an Implementation Consultant to lead the delivery of tailored EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) software solutions that transform how businesses operate.

In this role, you'll work with clients from discovery to deployment—understanding their needs, configuring solutions, and ensuring a seamless rollout that delivers measurable impact. What You'll Do

Client Consulting

  • Serve as the primary consultant for clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic guidance on EHS software implementation.
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop customized solutions to address client requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on software usage and best practices.

Solution Implementation

  • Oversee the implementation and configuration of EHS software solutions according to client specifications.
  • Ensure seamless integration with clients' existing systems and processes.
  • Validate and test solutions to ensure they meet client needs and performance standards.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Review and refine project processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Continuous Support

  • Stay current with industry trends, EHS regulations, and technological advancements.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and improvements in project management and consulting services.

What You Bring

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 4 years' experience post-graduation, preferably in IT or software implementation.
  • Proven success in customer implementation roles, including requirement gathering, configuration, and migration.
  • Solid understanding of software implementation methodologies and enterprise software delivery.
  • Degree-qualified (preferred) with technical expertise in IT or computer science
  • Strong project management skills—ability to handle multiple priorities.
