About the role

As an Implementation Consultant for , you will play a key role in delivering successful platform implementations for clients across the ANZ/APAC region. This position focuses on understanding client requirements, configuring solutions, and ensuring smooth adoption of You will work closely with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, from discovery and setup to training and post-launch support, helping them achieve their business objectives. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll do

Project Coordination

  • Support the development and execution of project plans, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to deliver implementations on time and within scope.
  • Communicate progress and potential risks to internal teams and clients.

Client Engagement

  • Conduct discovery sessions to gather client requirements and understand workflows.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on best practices and platform capabilities.

Technical Configuration

  • Configure boards, dashboards, automations, and integrations based on client needs.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex challenges to senior consultants or technical teams.
  • Stay informed about new features and recommend enhancements to clients.

Training & Enablement

  • Deliver user training sessions to ensure clients are confident in using the platform.
  • Create clear documentation and guides for client reference.

Quality Assurance

  • Validate configurations against client requirements and best practices.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and compliance guidelines.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with internal teams to share feedback and improve delivery processes.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives by creating reusable templates and documentation.

  • Experience in SaaS implementation, consulting, or project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of workflow design and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Familiarity with or similar work management platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
