Versent is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Lead Consultant – Power Platform to deliver cutting-edge, end-to-end solutions for our customers. In this role, you'll champion technical excellence, shape innovative outcomes, and lead teams to success.
 

What You'll Do

• Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand needs and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions.

• Design & Deliver: Architect and implement solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.

• Lead Projects: Oversee technical delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely completion.

• Mentor & Guide: Provide technical support and coaching to consultants and engineers.

• Champion Agile: Lead scrum ceremonies, own user stories, and drive continuous improvement.

• Foster Team Culture: Build a positive, inclusive environment aligned with Versent's values.
   

What You'll Bring

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT, with strong expertise in Power Platform.

• Skills: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse. Bonus: Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Dynamics Customer Experience.

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical delivery and mentor others.

• Communication: Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills.

• Mindset: Thrive in agile, fast-paced settings; work autonomously or as part of a team.
