Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of capital projects, ensuring alignment with the client's operational and strategic goals
  • Manage project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and risk management
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration
Qualifications:Ideally you will have:
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale capital projects in heavy industry, mining, or energy sectors.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a live operational environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • PMP or equivalent certification highly regarded.
  • Must be available to work onsite in Portland, Victoria
