You will be responsible for managing multi-discipline engineering inputs, ensuring design integrity, constructability, and alignment with client specifications and operational requirements.
The Role This role is pivotal in bridging project execution and design, working closely with construction, commissioning, QA/QC, and client engineering teams to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes in a live plant environment.

Ideally You Will Have10+ years' engineering experience in heavy industrial or brownfield project environments Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or equivalent) – RPEQ or CPEng (preferred)Strong understanding of multi-discipline engineering across SMP and E&I scopes Proven track record delivering engineering solutions in operational plant settings Experience working under EPC, panel, or brownfield modification contracts Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills Must be available to work onsite in Portland, Victoria Candidates must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
