Beef Australia is seeking a talented
Partnerships Manager
to lead the development and delivery of strategic sponsorships and stakeholder relationships in the lead-up to
Beef 2027
- Australia's premier beef industry exposition and the largest event of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere.
About the Role
Working with the Deputy CEO, this role plays a critical part in managing and growing our partnerships across industry and the private sector. You'll work to secure sponsorships, manage partner relationships including assisting with our key Government stakeholders and contribute to our membership programs to ensure the successful delivery of contractual requirements across our stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholder relationships with sponsors and industry partners
- Drive sponsorship revenue in line with event targets
- Develop sponsorship proposals and negotiate high-level contracts
- Ensure delivery of sponsor benefits, including reporting and activation
- Collaborate across internal teams to meet partner obligations
- Assist in overseeing Beef 27 Club and financial membership programs
About You
We're looking for an experienced professional relationship manager who can work effectively within a team whilst managing multiple stakeholders with ease. You'll bring a
minimum of five years' experience
in a key account management or stakeholder relations role and a proven ability to deliver for clients and the organisation. Event or agricultural industry experience is desired, but not essential - however curiosity and an appetite to learn is integral to succeed in this role
You'll bring:
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to build and manage high-level partnerships
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with sharp attention to detail
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to use software systems to stay organised and efficient
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
- Flexibility to roll up your sleeves and pitch in during peak periods and event delivery phases

full-time, fixed term contract
based at the Beef Australia head office:
195 Bolsover Street, Rockhampton QLD
, reporting directly to the Deputy CEO.
