About the Role

As the Store Manager, you'll be the heart and soul of your team, empowering them to:

•    Lead and inspire a team that delivers top-tier performance and exceptional customer service.

•    Own the Trek brand and create unforgettable experiences for our customers.

•    Drive store results by meeting sales, margin, and inventory goals.

•    Lead visual merchandising, operational excellence, and store process optimization.

•    Set and achieve weekly, monthly, and annual goals aligned with store strategy and financial targets.

What We're Looking For
We're on the lookout for a leader with:

•    Proven Leadership: You've led and developed teams in retail environments and delivered exceptional results.

•    Customer-Centric Mindset: Your focus is always on providing outstanding service to every customer.

•    Retail Expertise: 4+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

•    Sales-Driven: You've consistently increased sales and profit.

•    Strategic Thinker: You can identify opportunities and tackle challenges with creative solutions.

•    Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computer systems and store tools.

•    Flexible Availability: You're ready to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
