- Oversee IT Help Desk operations, including incident response and resolution
- Support and empower teams across Infrastructure, Help Desk, Change/Release Management, and IT Procurement/Vendor Management
- Encourage a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with vendors and manage service contracts
- Contribute to strategic planning, technical design, and roadmap development
About you
You bring a thoughtful approach to managing complex environments and supporting teams. Ideally, you will have:
- 10+ years' experience in IT Service Management and IT Operations

- Proven track record leading hybrid cloud infrastructure operations (Azure, M365, network, security, storage)
- Experience designing and operating scalable, secure enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, automation, and service integration
- Experience managing vendors and MSPs across multi-cloud and hybrid environments
- A commitment to enabling inclusive, high-performing teams through supportive and empowering leadership
- Ability to evaluate options and guide teams toward effective solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
