**The Opportunity - Full Time**

As the Contact Centre Knowledge Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the source of customer collateral within Greenstone. You will be required to update correspondence for project or business updates, providing consistency in wording alongside the use of our Brand Guidelines whilst ensuring all correspondence changes are tested within the relevant systems before their deployment.

In addition, you will manage letter requests from alternate departments, complete audits as well as maintain and update the internal online resource library.

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience and understanding of the customer life cycle particularly in Customer Support, Customer Care or Claims
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for managing, retaining and sharing knowledge
- Solution focused with strong attention to detail
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills with ability to drive change
- Ability to handle competing priorities and manage deadlines

**Desirable**
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing documentation
