About the Opportunity

As an Assistant in Nursing, you will work alongside our Registered Nurses to provide high-quality, hands-on care to patients. Your role is vital in ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety for every individual in our care.

This position plays a key role in ensuring continuity of care and enhancing the overall patient experience. In this role you will:

• Deliver direct, person-centered care that supports patients' personal care, mobility, and communication needs.
• Assist nurses with clinical care and interventions as directed to ensure safe and effective treatment.
• Accurately collect healthcare information and maintain thorough documentation in patient records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to promote a supportive environment.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Completed Certificate III in Health Services Assistance or one year of undergraduate nursing training.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Recent relevant in a clinical setting (hospital, nursing home, medical centre).
• Committed to teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Dedicated to delivering high-quality care with a willingness to learn and adapt.
