Role Overview

We're seeking a highly organised and creatively-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our 360° marketing strategy across paid and organic channels. This hybrid role combines performance marketing, influencer and social strategy, brand storytelling, and external partnership management.

You'll work cross-functionally with founders, creatives, and external agencies to bring the Xali vision to life across every customer touchpoint: from content and campaigns to community and conversions.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Execution


• Own the marketing calendar, leading campaign development across launches, promotions, partnerships, and product education.

• Lead brand storytelling across touchpoints: social, email, influencer, PR, paid, and in-store (as relevant).

• Deliver compelling brand content that drives awareness, conversion, and retention.

• Partner with founders and senior leadership to shape go-to-market plans and seasonal initiatives.

Performance Marketing & Agencies


• Manage day-to-day relationships with external media and creative agencies.

• Own performance KPIs across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels.

• Brief agencies on creative needs and performance insights, ensuring continuous optimisation.

• Analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive ROAS and CAC improvements.

Influencer & Partnerships


• Own influencer marketing strategy and end-to-end execution, including seeding, collaborations, paid partnerships, and ambassador programs.

• Source, brief and negotiate with creators who align with the Xali brand and values.

• Develop and nurture key brand partnerships (e.g. PR, retail, wellness communities) to extend brand reach.

Organic & Social Media


• Manage social strategy and content planning across Instagram, TikTok and other emerging platforms.

• Create content briefs, schedule posts, and manage community engagement.

• Work with content creators and photographers to execute high-impact storytelling that aligns with campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting


• Track and report on performance across all marketing channels and campaigns.

• Provide insights and recommendations to optimise future campaigns.

• Lead monthly reporting for leadership across performance, brand health and growth.

Required Experience & Skills


• 4 years in a marketing role within the beauty, wellness, or DTC space.

• Experience managing paid media agencies and optimising performance campaigns.

• Proven track record of running end-to-end influencer programs and high-performing campaigns.

• Strong content instincts and understanding of the social landscape.

• Confident analysing marketing data and turning insights into results.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth brand environment.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
