Right now, we're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who can lead with strategy, own client relationships, and keep complex projects running like clockwork.

What You'll Be Doing:

Client Management

  • Be the strategic lead and day-to-day contact for a senior portfolio of clients.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships by understanding their goals, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Lead performance reviews, report on ROI, and communicate wins (and learnings) with confidence.

Digital & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, email, and conversion optimisation.

  • Collaborate with creative, content, and data teams to bring campaigns to life.

  • Use insights to shape bold ideas that drive business growth – not just vanity metrics.

Project Management

  • Own campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables – ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

  • Run weekly WIPs, manage cross-functional teams, and keep stakeholders aligned.

  • Bring proactive energy and solutions to every project.

Who You Are:

  • 5 years in performance marketing or a digital strategy role (agency experience a big plus).

  • Proven ability to lead clients and teams with clarity, confidence, and empathy.

  • Deep experience across paid social, Google Ads, GA4, Meta, TikTok, email, and CRO.

  • Obsessed with performance, but not at the cost of brand.

  • Strong communicator with killer attention to detail and a get-it-done attitude.
