As a transport/logistics expert, you will be a strategic partner to a collection of valued customers to deliver mutually beneficial commercial outcomes. Leveraging your naturally curious style to understand customer challenges, you will develop appropriate solutions that solidifies your organisation as a valued extension of the customers operations. You will diversify your customer contact base, identify opportunities for revenue growth and evolve your ability to strategically manage a diverse mix of accounts.

Responsibilities include
- Enhance customer partnerships through strategic account management initiatives
- Build deep relationships in person across multiple points of contacts with each customer
- Create strategic solutions through intimate understanding of customer strategies
- Ensure detailed delivery of customer SLAs are exceed
- Deliver outcomes that ensure increased share of customer spend
