Independent Living Assessment (iLA) is for-purpose organisation with a focus on empowering people living within the Australian community, to impartial information, industry leading resources, and person-centred assessment to empower older Australians to make informed choices about their ageing journey. Operating across the broader community sector, iLA currently delivers Single Assessment Service and a range of digital-first initiatives including LiveUp, KeepAble Sector Support & Development, and AT Chat navigation and peer mentoring programs.

The Role

Are you passionate about delivering impactful digital projects that make a real difference? We're looking for a Digital Projects Professional to join our digital and data team responsible for bringing ideas to life by coordinating exciting digital initiatives and process improvements. In this role, you'll coordinate and support the successful delivery of digital projects from concept to implementation — ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, effective stakeholder engagement, and measurable outcomes.

Key tasks include:

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations that support evidence-based decision-making.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues, risks, and opportunities in collaboration with the Digital and Data team.
• Represent projects in working group meetings and present on progress, outcomes, and deliverables.
• Maintain proactive communication with project teams to ensure timelines are met and positive collaboration is sustained.
• Coordinate the delivery of Digital Roadmap initiatives, internal process improvements, and system enhancements, often working with external vendors.
• Provide informed feedback to the Digital Strategy Manager on delivery timeframes, risks, and resource requirements.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, briefing notes, and meeting documentation as required.
• Manage sensitive workplace matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Ensure projects align with organisational goals, focusing on cost effectiveness, cultural fit, strategic alignment, stakeholder communication, and system integration.

About You

You're a proactive and organised professional with a passion for using digital solutions to drive business improvement. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy seeing projects through from concept to delivery including:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and DevOps.
• Highly organised, adaptable, and self-driven with the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments.
• Strong communicator who builds relationships, unites diverse teams, and influences others to achieve shared goals.
• Strategic thinker with sound judgement and the ability to prioritise and deliver results, even with incomplete information.
• Solid understanding of digital ecosystems and change management, driving effective solutions and successful project outcomes.
