About the role

Saintgarde is seeking an experienced Retail/Fashion lead to join our team at our new location in the gorgeous 88 O'Connell development. This casual role (min 35 hours) has the possibility to transition into full time. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fashion retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing excellent in-store customer experiences with our loyal customer base
  2. Overseeing store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, loyalty program
  3. Developing and implementing sales strategies
  4. Ensuring the store maintains a visually appealing and organised presentation in line with brand standards
  5. Marketing / social media

What we're looking for

  1. Experience in a retail, preferably within the fashion industry minimum 2-3 years experience.
  2. The ability to work in a team and move between different spaces of the business
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  4. Passion for the fashion industry and a keen eye for visual merchandising
  5. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts over a 7 day roster
