The Role

We're looking for a driven Store Manager to lead our Harbour Town team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage one of our key retail locations, inspire your team, and deliver a seamless shopping experience that reflects our brand values.

You'll take ownership of day-to-day operations, drive sales performance, and foster a culture of genuine connection with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Drive store performance, meeting sales and profitability targets.
  • Manage rostering, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to align with Serafina's brand values.
  • Ensure smooth store operations, from opening and closing procedures to compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with our customers and local community.
About You
  • Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in fashion retail.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
  • Passion for fashion, styling, and creating memorable customer experiences.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Availability to work weekends and peak trade periods.
