We're on the hunt for an experienced Store Manager to lead a well-established fashion retail store in the heart of Rundle Place. About the Role:

This is a hands-on Store Manager position for someone who leads from the front, driving store performance, mentoring a small team, and building lasting relationships with loyal customers. You'll oversee daily operations, VM execution, and stock control, while delivering a consultative and engaging shopping experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop your team to hit sales and service targets
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards and stock accuracy
  • Build strong repeat business with a loyal and growing customer base
  • Manage rosters, inventory, and day-to-day operations with precision
  • Work a Tuesday to Saturday roster to drive results across key trade days
