The Role

As a Senior Accountant, you'll work on a mix of compliance and advisory engagements, helping clients navigate complex reporting and structuring issues. You'll gain insight into Canberra's distinct business environment, while working alongside Partners on high-value engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts and HNWIs
  • Deliver management reporting, cashflow forecasting and outsourced CFO services
  • Provide advisory support across tax planning, structuring and strategy
  • Collaborate with Partners on Canberra-specific client challenges
  • Mentor and review work of junior accountants

What You'll Bring

  • 3-4 years' business services experience in an Australian practice
  • CA/CPA qualified or progressing toward completion
  • Strong compliance foundation with interest in advisory
  • Ability to build trust with clients in private, government and NFP sectors
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
