Operations & Marketing Administrator

What You'll DoFinancial Administration
- Calculate and process broker commissions
- Create and send invoices to clients and lenders
- Reconcile payments and maintain accurate records
- Track deals from approval to settlement to payment
Marketing & Communications
- Build and manage email campaigns (Mailchimp or similar)
- Manage social media presence
- Create client newsletters and updates
- Track campaign performance
Client Support
- Answer phones and handle inquiries professionally
- Make follow-up calls for documents
- Ensure excellent client experience
General Operations
- Maintain CRM database (Pipedrive)
- Coordinate with lenders on documentation
- Keep systems organised and running smoothly
- Experience in admin, operations, or office management
- Experience with invoicing and accounts receivable
- Email marketing platform experience - Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar
- Strong Google Sheets skills - formulas, data organisation, tracking
- Phone confidence - you can handle client calls without anxiety
- Self-direction - you don't need constant supervision
- Attention to detail
- Australian work rights

- CRM experience
- Canva skills
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Salary: $65,000-$75,000 + super
- Work-life balance: Monday-Friday, no weekends
