What You'll Do

Financial Administration

  • Calculate and process broker commissions
  • Create and send invoices to clients and lenders
  • Reconcile payments and maintain accurate records
  • Track deals from approval to settlement to payment

Marketing & Communications

  • Build and manage email campaigns (Mailchimp or similar)
  • Manage social media presence
  • Create client newsletters and updates
  • Track campaign performance

Client Support

  • Answer phones and handle inquiries professionally
  • Make follow-up calls for documents
  • Ensure excellent client experience

General Operations

  • Maintain CRM database (Pipedrive)
  • Coordinate with lenders on documentation
  • Keep systems organised and running smoothly
You Need To Have
  • Experience in admin, operations, or office management
  • Experience with invoicing and accounts receivable
  • Email marketing platform experience - Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar
  • Strong Google Sheets skills - formulas, data organisation, tracking
  • Phone confidence - you can handle client calls without anxiety
  • Self-direction - you don't need constant supervision
  • Attention to detail
  • Australian work rights
Nice to have:
  • Finance/lending background
  • Xero experience
  • CRM experience
  • Canva skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools
