Noble Park Glass is small glazing firm. We offer commercial and domestic glazing since 1991. We are close to Springvale station. We are seeking self-motivated and organised office admin.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate, written and verbally, clearly and effectively with all levels of internal staff and external clients. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Order processing and invoicing.
  • Have good digital litteracy
  • Prepare quotes and pricing for customer.
  • Manage inbound and outbound call and achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Carries out their assigned duties under general direction.
  • Ability and willing to learn new skills and duties.

Preference:

  • Willing to work all 5 days from 7:30AM to 4:30PM on weekdays.
  • Pay scale - $24-30/hour (based in interview)
  • Willing to work not just in office but also handle other tasks and duties occasionally in the shop including but not limited to small glass cutting and window repair, cleaning, lifting glass deliveries, delivering glass to client, helping hand on site as and when required.
  • We seek someone who can work with us for a long term (2 years at least).
