We're on the lookout for a friendly, reliable Cashier to join our busy retail butcher shop team

About the role:

This is a hands-on role that goes beyond the register. You'll be involved in a bit of everything, including:

  • Serving customers with a smile
  • Operating the till and handling payments
  • Assisting the butcher when needed
  • Restocking and maintaining a clean, appealing meat display
  • Helping make our value-added products like lasagnes, beef Wellingtons, and more
  • Rolling burgers, crumbing chicken, marinating meats, and other food prep tasks
  • General cleaning to keep work areas tidy and hygienic

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Great with people and enjoys working in a team
  • Reliable, organised, and happy to get stuck in
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced retail/food environment
  • Willing to learn and take on a variety of tasks
  • Flexible with availability – we're open 7 days a week, so weekend work is part of the mix

What you'll get:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.95 – $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
