Retail Assistant – Paire Chadstone Pop-Up

About Paire:

Paire is a Melbourne-born brand focused on fiber technology and elevated everyday essentials designed for comfort, sustainability, and style. We're looking for passionate, customer-focused retail assistants to join our team.

The Role:

As a Casual Retail Assistant, you'll be part of Paire's exciting retail expansion, helping bring our products and brand experience to life. You'll deliver exceptional service, maintain beautiful visual standards, and help customers discover their new everyday favourites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
  • Use strategies to Up-sell and Cross-Sell products
  • Assist customers with sizing, styling, and product recommendations.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain stock levels, restock the floor, and assist with general store duties.
  • Contribute to achieving weekly and monthly KPIs.

Approximate Hours & Roster:

We're looking for team members who can work across weekdays and weekend shifts with flexible availability

Pay Rates :

  • Starting at $33.20/hour

About You:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (not essential).
  • Confident, positive, and proactive with strong communication skills.
  • Passionate about sustainability, design, and customer experience.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.
