Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marine Recruit in Greater Melbourne Area. The Marine Recruit will assist with day-to-day marine operations, including vessel maintenance, navigation, safety procedures, and compliance checks. Responsibilities include supporting docking operations, conducting routine inspections, assisting with emergency response drills, and ensuring adherence to local and international maritime regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in vessel maintenance, navigation, and safety procedures
  • Knowledge of local and international maritime regulations
  • Ability to conduct routine inspections and support docking operations
  • Strong problem-solving and emergency response skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Relevant certifications or licensures in marine operations a plus
