Company Description

Thera is an agriculture lender based in Sydney. We finance farmland, livestock, crop inputs and ag-equipment for Australian farmers. Thera's commercial thesis is built on customer relationships and genuine service with a sound understanding of the agriculture sector.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for Middle Office Analyst located in Sydney CBD. Key deliverables of the role are to process invoices for payment, reconcile incoming payments, credit management, liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to address enquiries and fulfill reporting expectations. Maintaining strong relationships with clients is an essential part of this role and requires strong written and verbal communication skills, and an analytical and attention to detail skillset. Working on various projects and identifying process improvement form an important part of this role.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of financial administration, accounts payables/receivables or account management experience
  • Experience in agribusiness / agri-banking and/or agriculture
  • Be able to analyse invoices and basic financial statements
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly Excel
  • Must be an Australian citizen
