The Opportunity:

Join a high-growth residential builder that's already thriving in QLD and NSW and now building serious momentum in South Australia.

We're looking for a Production Estimator who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and problem-solving - no dealing with clients, just straight-up estimating for single-storey volume homes.

This is a back-of-house estimating role with no customer interaction, so you can focus purely on the numbers and the build.

You'll be joining a tight-knit team with strong processes, low red tape, and plenty of growth ahead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare precise and competitive estimates for single-storey residential builds
  • Interpret plans and specifications to assess quantities and pricing
  • Create and maintain BOQs and material take-offs using Databuild
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to source up-to-date pricing
  • Keep pricing aligned with market trends and internal benchmarks
  • Maintain internal pricing libraries and drive improvements in estimating systems

About You:

You're detail-focused, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in your accuracy. You bring:

  • Previous experience in volume residential production estimating
  • Proficiency with Databuild (or similar estimating software)
  • A solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and SA supplier networks
  • A proactive, solutions-driven approach and a team-player mindset
  • Ability to juggle priorities without dropping the detail
