Our client is one of Queensland’s widest recognised and awarded HIA builders for new home constructions. They have built a reputation of trust and delivering of outstanding design, quality and service to their customer’s.

This sought-after builder is looking for a sales consultant with proven sales records and who wants to do more than just wait for leads to come to them to work at their new Sunshine Coast display homes. With strong internal infrastructure, support, and marketing this allows you to focus solely on succeeding above expectations within your role.

**To be considered you must demonstrate the following**:

- High level professionalism and presentation
- Ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
- Highly motivated, self-driven and efficient
- Demonstrated track record in new home sales as a performer
- Current valid driver’s license
- A passion for what you do
